Scenario A: Pushing hours
You are the manager of a small start-up. You have been working hard, pushing your team to deliver some crucial projects, and done well. We’ll examine what happens next together in this collaborative scenario.
Scenario B: The breakthrough
You are the manager and you are about to close the big deal. You met a contact that has led you towards a major contract with a company abroad. You are very close to being able to make a deal but first, you need to make a decision.
Scenario C: Fixing the problem
So this thing happened, and your project is now overdue. Worse, you’ve put more hours into it than the projected profit margin was, so it’s a project that will take a loss no matter what you do.
